Game Time Performance is also very active in the wellness and fitness space with the acquisitions of Altitude Wellness, Altitude Water, and Altitude Chambers from Altitude International Holdings, Inc. in June 2023. Altitude Chambers has signed a Consulting Agreement with simulated altitude pioneer Dave Vincent as well as a Patent and License Agreement with his Altitude Chamber company, Sporting Edge UK. Dave is currently negotiating a sales and manufacturing agreement with the iconic treadmill maker Woodway for GRNL to receive a royalty on all Woodway altitude chamber sales in the Americas. Woodway’s treadmills are used by every team in the NFL, NBA, and MLB and most major colleges and universities and they have recently built and installed a showcase altitude chamber at their Waukesha, WI facility.

Altitude Wellness will be opening its first Altitude Wellness Fitness Center in New Jersey in the 4th quarter of 2023. Planning is underway to develop a vertically integrated Woodway Wellness Fitness chain in partnership with Woodway that will feature exercise equipment, altitude chambers, and Air-to-Water Vending Machines all manufactured by Woodway. GRNL is currently seeking to leverage its position in Altitude Water with a much larger entity in the Atmospheric Water market.
